Dick Wells

Wells was the first editor of National Dragster magazine and a staff member of the (NHRA) National Hot Rod Association. He was later named the feature editor of Hot Rod magazine and the executive editor of Motor Trend magazine at Peterson Publishing Company. In 1967, his department in the publishing company produced the first show, under the grandstands of Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles, that has become the annual SEMA trade show now held in Las Vegas.

Banquet Information

The 19th Annual Nebraska Auto Racing Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony will be held at the Lincoln Firefighterís Reception Hall located at 241 Victory Lane in Lincoln, Neb., on Friday, Oct. 14, 2016. Tickets are $20 each and will be available for purchased after July 1. Doors open at 5 p.m. with the ceremony beginning at 6 p.m.
